Fernlea Homes Ltd is a new, fresh, straightforward, modern contracting and development company focussing on building and developing beautiful homes.
David North, formerly of Robust Developments and NorthChurch Homes brings over 20 years of building and developing experience to Fernlea Homes which has the simple ethos to build better and to build beautiful.
David has created and brought to market in excess of 100 quality new homes.
His experience is wide ranging and includes:
• Building high quality, high value bespoke homes that have been purchased both off plan and on completion
• Putting together development sites for multiple housing units ranging from 2-50
• Delivering on time and in budget mixed housing projects in association with a number of partner organisations
